If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, the item can be returned for an exchange or refund within 5 days of receiving the item.
The item being returned must be in its original condition, unused and/or unworn, all original labels intact and in the original packaging.
A redelivery charge will be applicable, according to the location.
Please take note that all sales items are not exchangeable nor refundable.
Our items are always carefully checked and packed before they are delivered to you. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately to discuss an appropriate action to be taken. We can offer an exchange or refund should the item be unavailable.
